    Description

This is a rare, Reynolds 531-tubed, 1970s Eddy Merckx condorino city bike, in fully original condition complete with its fully original build kit!
This assorted groupset includes mainly Shimano Dura Ace & Campagnolo components.
Manufactured by Kessels, the Belgian frame builders, whom famously built the late 1960s to early 1970s frames raced by the Legendary Eddy Merckx himself!
This frame was supplied to the Belgian cycle dealership,  H Joerres (Cycles),
    of Kapellenstraat 35,
as is evident when referring to the
such H Joerres decal between the downtube shifters and to the very
interesting, hand painted in gold, "L Joerres" inscription on the BB shell, as was the customary Kessels personalised marking service for their valued owners!
Learned opinion is that the "L" inscription on the BB is the such mark of the respective frame builder.
This prized machine was lovingly stripped, cleaned and fully serviced to its current use-ready status, by a vintage bike connoisseur former Professional cyclist.
