Elgin Skip Tooth, Pre War? Girls Bike Ornate Fenders HeadLight Project

This listing is for a skip tooth Elgin girls bike. I believe It is a prewar model. Im not able to tell the exact year but I think it's late 30s early 40s. The fenders are not like any I've seen. They have a very ornate look and the headlight bracket I have not found one like it anywhere so far. If anyone viewing has more info feel free to send me a message on the exact year. The headlight also is missing the lens and internals. The crank and wheels all work fine but may need some minor cleaning or adjusting. Coaster brake works but will need oiling.
