Refunds for broken/damaged item(s) are provided through postal insurance claims, not the Seller.  USPS claims for insured item(s) broken or damaged in transit must be filed by the BUYER through a local post office, per USPS regulations and after postmaster physical inspection of the complete package – any Seller refund is this unfortunate situation will be limited to any difference between the amount of the winning bid and the amount of the USPS insurance claim.
