Controller and charger are missing (can purchase online for and , as seen on ebay at the time I looked)
Does it Work:
It  may or may not work.    Not tested    This came from an estate auction.
Priced Accordingly and way lower than average as seen on ebay.
One Leg was repaired (very well repaired),   No signs of any other issues, damage, or cracks.    Camera shows no signs of damage.    see photos
It does set up straight, however in 2 of the photos it looks like it leans.
Used by Photographers and Military for their high Video and Camera quality.
Phantom has been ranked #1 for years until DJI changed models names.
