Vintage 1987 / 1988 Raleigh Technium Scott Tinley Signature road bike frame only.  Exactly what you see pictured is included, so aside from the frame, Suntour shifters, seat post, bottom bracket, and headset are included in as-is condition.  I've estimated the frame size as 54cm.  If you'd like me to take other measurements, feel free to ask.
You can read a lot about this bike on-line - it was cutting edge in it's day and many are still being ridden/rebuilt today.  It's a great candidate for a rebuild using whatever components you think are appropriate.  I was going to turn it into a "gravel" bike, but I've got too many other projects and not enough time.
