Measurements: seat tube, center to center: 19 inches; top tube, center to center: 23 inches.
Very cool Raleigh Seneca rigid steel mountain bicycle frame and fork. Handlebars from this bike were stamped "86" so I'm going with 1986 as the year. Includes headset, bottom bracket, and Dia-Compe 981 cantilever brakes. Some scrapes and scuffs, but no dents or dings that I could find. Relaxed geometry with plenty of eyelets make this a good platform for a commuter or touring rig.
