PUCH
frame from the early to mid 1980s. I guess it is from the era when Puch has been owned by Bianchi. I asked a friend who is a Puch expert and he told me that it is no Ultima (always SLX), but situated just below the Ultima and built with Columbus SL tubing. For this reason 27.2mm seatpost diameter  is needed.
Rare small frame size!
The frame has been repainted some decades ago. The paint shows some signs of use and age like paint chips and scratches. Optically it is ok to good, but not perfect. You could use it as a runner the way it is, or you use it for a repaint. I would rate the condition of the paint as used with regular signs of use and age.
The frame seems to be fully chromed! At least the paint chips show some chrome underneath. There is no oxidation on the frame. Please see pics and judge yourself, it can still be used as a runner frame, but if you want to use the frame for a really nice bike, it should be repainted.
Technically the frame is in good condition, I just received the frame as a complete bike. There are no cracks, dents or other serious damages.
The bottom bracket is 36x24T. Rear dropouts Gipiemme. 126mm rear spacing.
Measurements:
The frame is about 49.5cm tall (center - center), 50.5cm (center - top end) and 50.5cm long (center - center). Rear spacing is for 6/7 speed (126mm). Puch panto on the fork crown. 2.9kg including the Shimano 105 headset and bottom bracket.
Headset and bottom bracket seem to be functionable as they turn pretty smooth, but I would recommend to clean, grease and adjust them from new as this has probably not been done in the last 20 years.

I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 20 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 6-8 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.
Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.
Carriers I use are the Austrian Post, DHL (large parcels) and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
